Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Maxivaleur (maxivaleur.com) is operated by Harrah's Laughlin, LLC, 2900 South Casino Drive, Laughlin, NV 89029, United States ("we", "us"). By reading, registering or subscribing you accept the rules below.

2. The service

Maxivaleur publishes sports and esports scores, statistics, standings, brackets and editorial articles. Some features require an account; some require a Premium subscription.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to create an account. Use a real email address and a password nobody else knows; whatever happens under your login is treated as your doing, so flag anything odd to help@maxivaleur.com straight away.

4. Premium: payment and renewal

Premium is billed monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal takes one click on the account page, or one email to help@maxivaleur.com. The subscription then runs out at the close of the period already paid; unused days are not paid back unless a consumer law says otherwise. If you live in the EU/EEA or UK you may withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days for a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, frame or redistribute our data or pages; do not interfere with the site's security or operation; do not use the site for unlawful purposes; do not impersonate others.

7. Intellectual property and data attribution

Site design, text and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. Live data is licensed from our data provider and may only be viewed for personal, non-commercial use. Competition and team names are used only to identify them; they belong to their owners.

8. Accuracy of live data

Scores and statistics are delivered as received from our provider and can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after the fact. The site is provided "as is" for information; we give no warranty that data is accurate, complete or timely, and you should not rely on it for any decision with financial consequences.

9. Limitation of liability

Maxivaleur answers only for direct losses it causes, and never for more than the subscription fees you paid during the year before a claim arises. Lost profits, lost data and knock-on losses are excluded. Where statute forbids such caps — for example for death, personal injury or fraud — they do not apply.

10. Governing law

Nevada law applies to this agreement and disputes go before the state or federal courts sitting in Nevada. Consumers living abroad keep the mandatory protections of their home country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and, for account holders, by email at least 14 days in advance.
