1. Controller

2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, hashed password, preferences (when accounts open).
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we receive only the plan, status, card type and last four digits.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP — only with analytics consent.
- Advertising identifiers: cookie IDs and device identifiers used by ad networks — only with advertising consent.
- Correspondence: emails you send us.

4. Recipients
Hosting and content-delivery providers; our payment processor; our licensed sports-data provider (receives no personal data from readers); and, only after advertising consent, the ad networks we use — Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager (Google LLC) and the supply-side platforms listed in our Cookie Policy at the time they are activated. Reader data is never sold.
5. International transfers
Maxivaleur is run from Nevada, so reader data travels to the US. For EEA/UK data rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Account data: while the account is open plus 30 days. Billing records: 7 years. Analytics: 14 months. Consent records: 12 months, then you are asked again. Emails: 2 years.
7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Readers covered by the GDPR may request an export of their records, fix mistakes in them, have them wiped, pause or challenge how they are handled, move them to another service, and revoke earlier agreement at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Unhappy with our answer? Your national privacy authority will hear the case.
8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You may know, delete and correct personal information and say no to personal information being "shared" for ad targeting across other sites. Rejecting advertising cookies acts as that opt-out, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals. Using these rights never changes the price or quality of what Maxivaleur gives you.
9. Children
Maxivaleur is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and UK), and accounts found to belong to them are closed. Parents who think a child has signed up can write to the privacy address and the record will be erased.
10. Security
TLS encryption, restricted staff access and hashed passwords.
